Explore your movement profile with expert guidance
Instructors Carol-Lynne Moore and Calvin Jarrell worked closely with Warren Lamb, master consultant and creator of Movement Pattern Analysis. With decades of teaching and coaching experience, both instructors are at their best helping people gain self-understanding through movement experience.

Part 1: Link movement and motivation experientially
Explore effort and shape during workshop sessions and learn how these relate to cognitive processes used in decision making. Develop your own “felt sense” of key movement parameters and their meanings. Hone your powers of observation to become more discerning about the movement and motivation patterns of others.

Part 2: Gain deeper understanding objectively
In addition to Saturday and Sunday seminar sessions, participants can arrange to have a full Movement Pattern Analysis profile done by scheduling an interview with one of the instructors either Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. The interview will be followed by a phone consultation and written report with suggestions for maximizing patterns of embodied decision making.
